Click request repair then Sign up a Motorola ID then sign up, and create account using the email they send you. sign in, click request repair again and continue without registration. Next answer no to "Does Your Device Have Liquid Or Physical Damage?" Next select issue from drop down list and restate brief description of the issue in the problem description. Choose Return and Exchange - (Sub-Total: $0.00) Continue and input your address name etc. Within an hour or so Motorola will email you the FedEx label and a RMA document with instructions. You need only send the phone, no accessories no proof of purchase and the RMA document to Motorola using the provided FedEx label.
