Return Policy

We are reasonable people with reasonable policies in place to give our customers confidence and protect ourselves in rare situations.

We stand behind all our products with a 30-day money back guarantee. In the rare case where an item arrives defective or develops a defect from normal use, we are quick to offer a return for full refund or replacement. In these cases, we pay the return shipping from the American / Canadian address you chose for delivery.

If you change your mind or accidentally ordered the wrong item you will be responsible for the return shipping. When we receive your return in the same condition you received the item, we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the product.

Brand New items that have been opened and used will be subject to a restocking fee of 10-50% depending on the condition of the item returned.

We give a 90 day extended warranty on all used smartphones. Please review our warranty terms and conditions.

All product returns and warranty procedure require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.  You may obtain an RMA number by contacting Customer Service through email to support@jpmobiles.com. All RMA numbers expire 30 days from the date we send them.

All returns will be processed within 2 business days after we have received the return.
