Determining your carrier's support for a specific factory unlocked international smartphone is important and can be confusing and is very important to determine before purchasing. To assist with this process we have compiled the following knowledge. We are also adding an IMEI for each model to our product pages. If you see a page is missing this information just send us an email and we'll update the page.

Rogers Communications (Including Rogers Wireless, Fido Mobile, Chatr Mobile, Cityfone)

Nearly all devices we offer are fully compatible with all Telus carriers since all have 3G 850/1900 and LTE bands 4 and 7.

BCE Inc. (Including Bell Mobility, Virgin Mobile, Lucky Mobile, Bell MTS)

Nearly all devices we offer are fully compatible with all Bell carriers in most areas since all have 3G 850/1900 and LTE bands 4 and 7. Some remote areas require CDMA service which is not supported by most devices we sell.

Telus Corporation (Including Telus Mobility, Koodo Mobile, Public Mobile)

Nearly all devices we offer are fully compatible with all Telus carriers since all have 3G 850/1900 and LTE bands 4 and 7.

Freedom Mobile

Most devices (except from Xiaomi) are supported by Freedom Mobile 3G and LTE in most areas since most devices have 3G B4 AWS and LTE bands 4 and 7. Only about 20% of phones we carry have support for LTE Band 66 so areas serviced by this band alone will have limited data coverage.

Vidéotron Mobile

Most devices (except from Xiaomi) are supported by Videotron 3G and LTE in most areas since most devices have 3G B4 AWS and LTE band 4. Only about 20% of phones we carry have support for LTE Band 17 so areas serviced by this band alone will have limited data coverage.
